Dorset’s network of large theatres including the Bournemouth International Centre, Poole’s Lighthouse Theatre and the Weymouth Pavilion all provide an extensive year round calendar of shows and performances of major touring companies that bring a bit of the glitz glamour of London’s theatre land to Dorset.

We also have number of charming uniquely intimate theatres within our towns and villages that provide a warming community feel. Many of the performances to be enjoyed are stage by local clubs and arts groups giving a delightful feel of grass roots theatre.
