* 2019 OPENING HOURS: 6th April - 2nd November - 10am - 4pm - Open 7 days a week during school holidays - OPEN bank holidays - CLOSED Mon & Tuesday's during term time - October open Thur,Fri,sat & Sunday's and all of half term week!

We are in easy reach of Bornemouth, Poole, Southampton, Ringwood and Christchurch.From Verwood on the B3081 there are signs from the Fire Station roundabout. Follow the sign to Alderholt for approx 2 miles.

Public Transport Directions

Public transport will get you to Verwood from Bournemouth/Poole/Wimborne/Ringwood but you will then need to use a taxi to get to the Dorset Heavy Horse Farm and Rescue Centre at Edmondsham.
