Win a Go Ape Moors Valley Adventure Terms & Conditions

The following information and terms and conditions relate to the Visit Dorset prize draw to ' Win a Go Ape Moors Valley Adventure for Up to Four People'. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ‘The Promoter’ of this action is Visit Dorset whose registered office is at Visit Dorset Tourism Team, County Hall (N4W), Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ.

1. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

2. This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18.

3. Employees of Visit Dorset or competition prize suppliers are not eligible to win.

4. The Promotion opens Monday 27 July 2026 and closes noon on Friday 7th August 2026 (the ‘Promotion Period’). No entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be valid. The promoter has the authority to amend, extend or withdraw this without prior notice at any time during this period.

5. The Promotion is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

6. All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the prize offer consisting of a voucher for the Treetop Challenge and Forest Segway experience for up to 4 people at Go Ape Moors Valley. Treetop Challenge has a minimum height requirement of 1.4m and Forest Segways has a minimum weight requirement of 45kg (7stone)

7.  Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and can’t be used after that date.

8. Vouchers can’t be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

9. Experience vouchers are set to a specific activity and no change will be given.

10.Vouchers can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

11. Vouchers can’t be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose.  In any event you may not sell the vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale.  We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of vouchers by you to a third party.

12. Experience vouchers are valid on the specified activity stated on the voucher only and can’t be used on other adventures or Go Ape merchandise.

13. Gift voucher redemptions are subject to the booking fee. 

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.

15. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant and withhold prizes if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules or if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions

17. Promotion winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter, unless specified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

18. Promotion winners will be contacted by the Promoter within 5 working days of random draw taking place

19. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible should the winner provide incorrect contact or delivery details.

20. Promotion winner names may be published on the Visit Dorset and Go Ape Moors Valley websites, social media accounts and in marketing emails.

21. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. The information you provide will only be used in the administration of the competition and for email marketing purposes. 22. The Promoter’s decision is final.

23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
