The Dorset Holiday Park of the Year, Highlands End, is located on the clifftop with stunning panoramic views over 99 miles of coastline.
The park has a superb location with breathtaking views and as part of the family-run West Dorset Leisure Holidays group, has been providing memorable holidays for nearly 50 years.
Accommodation
The park has a range of accommodation for hire including luxury lodges, caravan holiday homes, apartments, glamping pods and pitches for touring and camping - many have amazing coastal and countryside views.
Facilities
There are excellent facilities on the park including Martin's Bar & Restaurant with its unique fire engine memorabilia display, delicious food and drink and a children's soft play. Highlands End Leisure Club has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is also a pitch 'n' putt course, nature trail, park shop, children's play areas, electric vehicle charging points and more.
What's Nearby
The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftop next to the park and it's just a 5 to 10 minute walk down to the hidden gem of Eype Beach and 10 to 20 minutes into the fishing village of West Bay with its harbour, piers, cafes and beaches. There is a great range of attractions and places to eat close to the park, as well as a diverse events calendar running throughout the year.
Dog Friendly
The park is dog friendly with a range of accommodation that welcomes 1 or 2 dogs and facilities to match, including a doggie shower, a doggie menu in Martin's Bar & Restaurant, dog products in the park shop and a designated and enclosed dog exercising meadow - plus Eype Beach is dog friendly all year round!
Nature
The park is part of the David Bellamy Conservation Scheme, winning gold for nearly 20 years running and there are examples of our work with nature and the environment across the park, including solar panels, a wildlife lake, bug hotels, a bee bank, wildflowers and more. With little light pollution and the coastal location, Highlands End is a great place for stargazing and seeing the Milky Way.
Holiday Home Ownership
There are a range of new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale and we have over 150 families on the park who own their own holiday home and enjoy unlimited holidays to Dorset during a 9 month season. Come and go as you please, make friends with like-minded people, enjoy a home from home you can relax in and explore this truly special part of the world.
