Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool using special, barbed needles. By stabbing the wool over and over again it meshes the wool fibres together, creating a firm textile object.
In this workshop you will be taught the basics of needle felting and will go home with a selection of beautiful eggs and a chick made from Corriedale and Marino wool.
It is great fun, very relaxing and no previous experience is necessary.
Please bring your own packed lunch.
What is included in the price? All materials and tools are provided, plus you get to keep your felting kit, which includes a fleting mat and needles.
Small group and 1-2-1 tuition.
A steady supply of tea/ coffee and cake/ biscuits throughout the day AND lots of giggles.
