The Burlington Health Spa and Fitness Club is located on the ground floor of the Grand Hotel, with stunning views across Swanage Bay and full leisure facilities including heated indoor plunge pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a gymnassium with extensive weight room and aerobic machines for the fitness enthusiast.

Our personal trainer will devise a programme for you, discuss your nutritional requirements to meet your required results and motivate you to achieve results you previously only dreamed of.
For those of you that wish to simply relax and unwind, our beauty therapists offer a wide range of treatments including aromatherapy massage and holistic remedial massage. Our Osteopath also offers treatments. Booking in advance is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

From the North - Merge onto the M3, at junction 13 exit towards Bournemouth, merge onto M27 continue onto A31 going through three roundabouts, at the fourth roundabout take the second exit onto A3040 Canford Way heading towards Poole, and Dorchester.
Continue on the A3049 going through two roundabouts, at Holes Bay North Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A35 heading to Dorchester and Blandford.
At Bakers Arms Roundabout take the first exit onto A351 going through 4 roundabouts.
At the 5th roundabout take the first exit onto B3075 then at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A531 passing over one roundabout, turn left at B3351 then right towards Ullwell Road, slight right at Ulwell Road continuing onto Redcliffe Road, turn left at Burlington Road, Grand Hotel is Located on the right.
From the west: the nearest mainline railway station is Wareham (on the London Waterloo to Weymouth line). Catch the number 40 bus from Wareham Railway Station to Swanage Bus/Railway Station. Transfer to the number 50 bus getting off at The Castleton Hotel stop. It is then a short walk along Burlington Road to the Grand Hotel. Alternatively take a taxi or walk (approx 20 minutes).
From the east: Catch the train to Bournemouth Railway Station then transfer to the number 50 bus getting off at The Castleton Hotel stop. It is then a short walk along Burlington Road to the Grand Hotel.
