    It's not the rest of my family's idea of fun, but for me the history of Portland fascinating from Prisons, quarries to ship wrecks. Had to call in twice. Well worth a visit. Read full review

Take the A354 from Dorchester to Portland. Follow the A354 through Easton to Wakeham. The Museum is in the last cottage before Church Ope Cove on the left. Parking is opposite.

Public Transport Directions

Nearest station is Weymouth station. No.1 Bus to Easton Square, Portland or special 501 Portland Bill Bus runs past the museum during peak season.
