You are here: Things To Do > Hamworthy Park & Beach
Located on the northern shore of Poole Harbour, Hamworthy Park and Beach offers an oasis of peace and tranquility from the busy town centre. It provides the setting for outstanding panoramic views over the middle and upper reaches of the harbour towards the Purbeck Hills in the distance.
Hamworthy Park has the following facilities available to the public:
- public toilets, including disabled
- refreshments
- children's play area
- seasonal paddling pool (Open May - September)
Hamworthy beach is a designated dog beach and can be used all year round. Always keep dogs on a lead on the promenade.
