About

Our award-winning restaurant is at the heart of Mortons Manor and sources from local Purbeck suppliers where possible for fresh ingredients, that together create a delicious and memorable experience.

Head Chef, Ed Firth plays a very important part in creating a tasty dining experience at Mortons Manor. His years of experience and wealth of knowledge, along with his love of both traditional British and international cuisine come together to create incredible dishes that are both classical but exciting. His dedication and passion has ensured the restaurant has been awarded Two Rosettes for the past 12 years.

Our gorgeous restaurant has a bright and spacious feel, creating a comfortable and intimate dining experience. White table cloths and comfortable chairs all adds to the fine dining experience. The large windows gives a garden room atmosphere with views onto either our attractive terrace or our pretty herb garden.

The Terrace Bar, which is Dog friendly, creates a warm and inviting place for lunch.

Private Dining is available in our Castle Room, which can comfortably cater for up to 20 guests, perfect for private parties and celebrating with family and friends. The Castle room oozes charm with 3 window seats and mullioned windows. An impressive stone fireplace sits comfortably within this room.

Entertaining in the Castle Room offers an additional service of personal waiting staff.

Our friendly staff look forward to welcoming you to dine at Mortons Manor and will be happy to help you throughout your stay.

Mortons Manor welcomes children to stay in the hotel and has a children’s menu available. Dinner reservations with children under the age of 5 will be seated in our Terrace Bar.
