Road Directions

If travelling from Christchurch or Lyndhurst towards Highcliffe on the A35. At the Cat & Fiddle pub, turn into Ringwood Road. Continue to the roundabout. Take the last exit, following the signs for Highcliffe. Take the first right into Chewton Common Road. Horseshoe Lodge can be found on the right a short distance along the road.

Public Transport Directions

Horseshoe Lodge is accessible by public transport.

Option 1) Take South Western Railway to New Milton railway station. There is a taxi rank here for onward travel. Alternatively a short walk to Whitefield Road bus terminal and take the Wilts & Dorset X1 or X2 bus to Lymington Road, Highcliffe. A level 350 metres walk down to Gordon Road or Chewton Common Road leads to Horseshoe Lodge.

Option 2) Take the South Western Railway to Hinton Admiral railway station and then walk to Horseshoe Lodge. Total distance is approximately 1.9 kms.
