Glenlee Guest House offers exceptionally friendly, well run B&B or half-board accommodation in the resort of Swanage, is licensed and has its own private car park. It is ideally located just off the beach and a short walk from the town centre. You can enjoy a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere with the option of a delicious evening meal. All bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and include en suite facilities, fast free Wi-Fi, flat-screen Freeview smart TVs (allowing use of catch-up services such as the BBC's iPlayer), fresh flowers, DAB clock radios, hairdryers and hot drink-making facilities.

Breakfast offers a good choice of cereals, porridge, juices, fruit and a wide variety of cooked courses. Evening meals are home cooked from fresh ingredients and are served at 6.30pm (advance notice required if you would like to dine at Glenlee on your first day). A range of wines, beers and spirits can be served with your meal, in the spacious guest lounge or on the attractive patio. Ensure a perfect holiday with a stay at the Glenlee.

Spring Break, Autumn Break and WInter Break rates are available for two- or three-night packages (excludes bank holiday and festival weekends). Reductions at any time for stays of seven nights or more.

We are halfway along Cauldon Avenue, on the left. You can park in our own car park or on the road, which has no restrictions for cars.
