About

The Woodsman's Treehouse & five luxury glamping tents (yurts, tipi, shepherds hut & bell tent) set in a beautiful Woodland setting alongside Guy Mallinson’s Woodland craft workshop - as featured in the BBC Mastercrafts series, Grand Designs & George Clarke's Amazing Spaces. Flushing toilets, woven willow hot showers, wood fired pizza oven and a sauna; Crafty Camping offers an opulent glamping experience.

Exclusively for adults Crafty Camping offers a high quality luxury glamping experience set in idyllic West Dorset woodland. Set in a handcrafted environment our setting really needs to be seen to be believed.

All of the accommodation options feature luxurious kings-sized beds and ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. With wonderful feedback from guests we’re told the dual control electric blankets make it the cosiest of stays.

The location of the site really is so spectacular, with the changing seasons it provides the opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. Enjoy the local wildlife of the woodland while you kick back and relax. With the world-famous Jurassic Coast ‘World Heritage Site’ only a short drive away it provides a great base to explore further into Dorset, East Devon and Somerset too.

For larger groups we can offer exclusive use of the whole site. Being able to accommodate up to 6 couples it’s a great way to enjoy an unforgettable break away with friends and family.

For further details and to book please visit our website and while you’re there make sure you check out our fantastic range of woodland workshop courses. See you soon!
