The perfect destination for a seaside break in Swanage, Dorset - less than five minutes walk along the promenade to the sandy beach.
This top floor apartment with private lift has three bedrooms which sleep up to six people.
Enjoy the breath-taking sea views across the bay from the two balconies.
The master bedroom with double bed has an en-suite shower room, balcony and sea views over the Stone Quay and the Pier and there are two additional twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
Relax together in the spacious lounge with balcony and sea views. The apartment has central heating throughout for your comfort.
Situated in the heart of the town and convenient for all town centre facilities e.g. dining, shopping, bus links and entertainments.
Secured designated parking for one vehicle is also included. Please note that our weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

The resort beach has an award winning sandy beach and direct access to some of the best coastal walking routes on the south coast and is the eastern gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
Local attractions include the well preserved pier, a museum, Durlston Country Park, and Putlake Farm Park. Take a trip on the Swanage Steam Railway to the majestic ruins of Corfe Castle through the beautiful countryside surrounding Swanage.
Activities range from scuba diving to tennis, pitch and put or golf, kayak, paddleboard or pedalo hire, local boat trips to Old Harry Rocks or along the Jurassic coast to Dancing Ledge, a spot of mackerel fishing, go to the cinema or just sit on a deckchair and watch the world go by.

From Poole/Bournemouth, via Sandbanks Ferry – 01929 450203. www.sandbanksferry.co.uk .
From Ferry take the B3351 through Studland Village. After approx. ½ mile, turn left onto the Ulwell Road, signpost Swanage.
From Bournemouth/Poole – A35 to Bakers Arms roundabout. Take 1st exit onto A351, signpost Wareham. Follow signs for Corfe Castle and Swanage.
From Dorchester – A352 signpost Wareham. At Worgret roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A351, signpost Corfe Castle and Swanage.
From Weymouth – A353 signpost Wareham. At Warmwell roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A352, signpost Wareham. At Worgret roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A351, signpost Corfe Castle and Swanage.
To Corfe Castle
From Bournemouth/Poole – A35 to Bakers Arms roundabout. Take 1st exit onto A351, signpost Wareham. Follow signs for Corfe Castle and Swanage.
From Dorchester – A352 signpost Wareham. At Worgret roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A351, signpost Corfe Castle and Swanage.
From Weymouth – A353 signpost Wareham. At Warmwell roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A352, signpost Wareham. At Worgret roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A351, signpost Corfe Castle and Swanage.
Once arriving in Swanage, from Victoria Avenue turn right into Rempstone Road at lights. Left at mini-roundabout into Station Road. Follow the road to the right into Institute Road, bear left to High Street. Quayside Court is the last building on the left.
To Swanage
From the west: the nearest mainline railway station is Wareham (on the London Waterloo to Weymouth line). Catch the number 40 or bus from Wareham Railway Station to Swanage Bus/Railway Station. At times when the Swanage Railway is running: Travel on the number 40 bus to Corfe Castle (East Street stop) then catch the steam train from Corfe Castle Station to Swanage. From the east: Catch the train to Bournemouth Railway Station then transfer to the number 50 bus to Swanage Bus/Railway Station.
