FROM THE WEST: the nearest mainline train station is Wareham (on the London Waterloo to Weymouth line). Catch the number 40 or X43 Wilts and Dorset bus from Wareham Station to Swanage Bus/Train Station. Then switch to the Wilts and Dorset number 50 to Studland. Please note: The X43 bus runs from 24 July to 3 September 2011.
FROM THE EAST: Catch the train to Bournemouth then switch to the Wilts and Dorset bus number 50 to Studland. You can buy a combined train and bus ticket for this journey from any staffed South West Train station.
