A fabulous two day open-air market in Christchurch's traffic free High Street and cobbled area of Church Street. Around 100 traders including the Dorset Farmer' Market, regional and local food producers and a traditional Italian Market, will be selling an extensive variety of quality local, regional and international food and drink. Representatives from Christchurch's twin town Aalen in Germany will be returning too, to sell their German beer.
Free cookery demonstrations by Christchurch's top chefs and celebrity chef Lesley Watert will be taking place in the AGA Rangemaster Cookery Theatre.
The Kids Kitchen workshops will also be taking place in the Priory School, Wick Lane so don't forget to book your places as they fill up fast!
The Food & Wine Festival will be officially opened on Saturday 12h May at 10.30am by the Mayor of Christchurch Cllr Mrs Sue Spittle.
