The BRIDPORT FOOD FESTIVAL will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with 8 days of exciting foodie events for all ages to enjoy.
A list of confirmed events has now been posted on the Festival website www.bridport foodfestival.com and early information is available from Bridport, Lyme Regis and Dorchester TICs.
Some events are FREE but some require booking so be sure to secure your place as numbers may be limited. Advance tickets for the main event are available from Bridport Tourist Information priced £2 (£2.50 on the gate).
This year’s event promises to be the biggest yet with a Bridport Town Feast Night planned on Wednesday 12th June when the town centre will come alive with music and entertainment plus lots of delicious food to enjoy in the great outdoors.
The Festival Main Event on Saturday 15th June taking place in Askers Meadow, will have a number of new attractions including the ‘Bridport Lounge’ which will be serving up fine food for those who want to treat themselves to a sit down meal in comfort. Plus the Roundtable Beer Festival will be back again for another year of fantastic froth-filled fun, starting Friday 14th June at 6pm. This year offering will include 60 real ales and over 20 ciders, and with a special focus on Dorset brewers and cider makers. Live music will be provided on both Friday and Saturday nights by popular local bands.
The Bridport Food Festival is certainly going to be a tasty week to be in Town!!!.
