Road Directions
From Dorchester, take the A354 to Weymouth. At the third roundabout (Morrisons) take the second exit towards the town centre and seafront. Left at the next roundabout, Radipole Lake is on your left, at the traffic lights go straight across and continue alongside the harbour. At the next lights, go straight on, up Boot Hill and through 2 more sets of lights. As you decend the hill at the lights, turn left into Rodwell Avenue and follow the signs for the Nothe Fort.

Nearest station is Weymouth station. Walk to town bridge and follow finger signs along harbour side to Nothe Gardens. Alternatively, walk to ferry steps (by Pavilion), take rowboat ferry to Nothe Gardens (high season only). Up steps to fort.
