Dorset Heavy Horse Farm Park and Rescue Centre offers a unique mix of educational fun for all ages. Set amongst splendid countryside views, the park offers free wagon, tractor trailer rides and then the chance to experience driving a vintage tractor. Listen and learn in the interesting daily show; there is a full timetable of daily hands on activities with the friendly farm animals. Explore the blacksmiths workshop, Gypsy wagon's combined with Romany talks. Children will love the pony rides, fun straw barn, go-cart arena and play areas. New for this season is a exciting menu in the new western themed cafe. Each school holiday there will be added activities taking place for everyone to get involved in! Whatever the weather (lots of the park is undercover) everyone will find it great value and a great day out. Rember by visiting the park you will be helping to support over 20 rescued horses.
