Bridport Arts Centre

The Arts Centre in South Street is the cultural hub of Bridport. You’ll find a packed programme of world class theatre, music, dance, film, comedy, literature events and exhibitions. Expect a variety of quality performances and activities to attract young and old alike. Recent performers have included Jack Dee, Russell Kane, Jenny Eclair, Show of Hands and RSVP Bhangra. There are also a range of participatory activities – including the Sculpture on the Beach (Sunday 28 July, Burton Bradstock).
The Arts Centre made the towns name with its writing competition The Bridport Prize. Every April there is the festival From Page to Screen.

There is always something happening at the Arts Centre. Why not drop in, pick up a seasonal programme and have something to eat in the Art Garden Café.
