Arts and Crafts
Dorset has a rich history in producing some fine art and crafts so it no surprise that you can take part in some exciting courses happening all over the county. A number of art and craft workshops are available to take part in, meet new people and learn new skills.
Course providers like The Kingcombe Centre and Highway Farm give you the opportunity to try a wide range of differing arts and crafts with courses running right through the year. Everything from jewellery making, garden sculptures to painting with water colours there is something for everyone.
Dorset is also proud to promote a well supported network of Art Centres that provide a variety of shows and displays for all. Here you can find events that you yourself can get involved in or alternatively sit and watch if being a spectator is more your thing.
