Have a great spring day out to Lulworth Castle and Park, built in the early 17th century and now plays host to many events. Lulworth Castle is a picturesque setting for a spring trip. Stroll around the beautiful Kingston Lacy House and Gardens exploring the Edwardian Japanese Gardens, waymarked trails and Egyptian artefacts.
Mapperton House & Gardens is a stunning setting recently listed as 4th in the 10 greatest British gardens in the Mail on Sunday newspaper.

Every year gardens across Dorset open on behalf of charity with the National Gardens Scheme. Many of these gardens are privately owned, only opening their doors to the public a few dates of the year. There are 92 gardens open to the public across Dorset including Abbotsbury Sub Tropical Gardens, Cranborne Manor Gardens, Edmondsham House and Moreton Gardens.
