Farmers' Market

Dorset is renowned for its local produce and as well as the regular farmers' markets around the county, Dorset hosts a range of events celebrating the delectable delights of the county.

Feast of Dorset, 18th - 19th September. The winner of the Independent Magazine's Best UK Food Festival 2009 is back for 2010 bringing together the best of the West Country's food, drink, producers, chefs, food writers and restauranteurs. There's lots of entertainment too - falconry, archery and much more!

Eat Dorset Food Fair, 16th - 17th October. Showcasing over 50 producers from Dorset and the surrounding area giving you a chance to learn how their produce is made. There's hands on sessions, demonstrations and demonstrations by Lesley Waters.

Wimborne Food Festival, 23rd - 24th October. Highlighting the best local Food and Drink, Wimborne Food Festival also has lots of events and entertainment including story-telling, the popular Food Factory and a demonstration tent.

Dorset Food Week, 23rd - 31st October. A weeklong celebration of all things mouth wateringly, sensually, irresistibly Dorset! There'll be lots of activities, food tastings, walks, talks and much more!
