This well appointed apartment is situated directly on the seafront with stunning, uninterrupted views all year round of Swanage Bay. The apartment is also centrally located within the town and all local amenities are within walking distance
If required there is an allocated parking space at the front door of the building
The apartment is furnished to a high standard for a comfortable relaxing holiday.
The lounge area at the front of the apartment incorporates a tastefully designed and fully equipped kitchen with fitted units and a breakfast bar with stools. There is ample comfortable sitting in the lounge area together with dining table and chairs, TV, video and radio cassette. Leading off from the lounge are French doors that open onto a large balcony overlooking the bay, complete with patio furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. The Z bed can be erected in either. Both bedrooms have full bedroom furniture.
The bathroom is situated in the centre of the apartment with a window to the side of the building. There is an electric shower over the bath.
The apartment has central heating throughout.
It is believed that the artist Paul Nash (1889 – 1946) once lived at No 2 The Parade Swanage.
