Full English breakfast in original stable oak dining room.
Use of open countryside garden bounded by Ballard Down National Trust land, with footpaths to downs, sea and national coastal path from the garden.
Onsite parking, 0.5km from the beach, 1.5 mile from the town between Swanage and Studland in the quiet hamlet of Ulwell.
Optional car-lift facility and guided outings at extra cost.
