With its quiet but convenient location and private parking (essential in Weymouth), Stavordale House provides the perfect base for a totally relaxing break or family holiday.
Accommodation comprises comfortable living room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, large bedroom and modern bathroom/WC. Each apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Facilities include colour TV, DVD/CD player, microwave, fridge/freezer, books and games. Hot water and central heating are included in the price. Owner managed with housekeeping to the highest standards.
The larger ground floor apartments feature a very large family bedroom with double bed, bunk beds and wash basin. Comfortably furnished lounge with double sofa bed. Flat 1 bathroom has bath and separate shower cubicle whilst Flat 2 has bath with shower over. Each ground floor apartment has its own private, secluded garden space with table, chairs and barbecue. Ground floor apartments are wheel chair accessible but there is width restriction on bathroom door.
The first floor apartments also sleep up to four. Comfortable living room with sofa bed and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Flat 3 bedroom features zip-link beds which can be configured on request either as pair of twins or six foot double. Flat 4 has family bedroom with double bed, bunk beds and wash basin. Modern bathrooms with bath and shower over.
Travel cots and high chairs available free of charge. Bed linen and towels provided as standard subject to a small service charge per person. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, deep sink and additional freezer for the storage of food is available for the use of all apartments. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.
