Jubilee View apartment is a spacious modern conversion of an old Victorian building on the seafront completed in 2008. This accommodation is suitable for people who use a wheelchair, but can stand for short periods.
The apartment is on the second floor side and rear of the building with a partial sea view from the lounge window. There is a lift to all floors. All windows are fitted with noise reduction secondary double glazing. The lounge/diner is light and airy measuring 13'5 x 15'2 max, with an adjoining kitchen 11'7 x 10'6. Lounge has 3 seater leather sofa plus 2 matching armchairs, table and chairs for 5, BT broadband, freeview TV and DVD. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Master bedroom with king-size bed measures 11'10 x 11'7, 2nd bedroom with twin beds measures 11'3 x 10''7. Bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and basin. Travel cot and highchair for baby. Adult size Z bed. Linen and towels included (excluding cot sheets, please bring own beach towels). Heating costs included. Bike store within building. Parking permit for one car. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid, kitchen paper towels, dishwasher tablets.

Deposit accepted to book the apartment, monthly payments can be arranged.

This is a lively area within the main town, providing easy access to the beach activities, cinema and theatre, local shops and restaurants plus the harbour and historic monuments.
