This beautifully appointed spacious ground floor flat on two levels occupies a premier position overlooking Swanage Bay and is literally within 7 metres of the shoreline. It is also within minutes of the town centre and the Jurassic coast walks.
Accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and twin bedded room, all with good storage. A tiled shower/WC completes the basement layout. The groundfloor has a bathroom and separate WC and a big well appointed kitchen. The big living space has a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with TV, DVD etc. overlooking the Bay.
2 'Z' beds are available allowing a maximum of 8 persons to be accommodated.
Parking for one car is possible in the courtyard.
