Perfect location for exploring the New Forest (10 minutes by car) and the towns of Christchurch and Bournemouth. The property is a 15 minute walk from the beaches of Steamer Point and Avon, and is within walking distance of a large Sainsbury's and local shops.
Further afield you can easily travel to the city of Southampton for a great days shopping or an hours drive will take youto the stunning Isle of Purbeck.
There is a good local bus service and the mainline train station is just 5 minutes away by car.
There is a ramp to the front door of the property and a downstairs toilet.
