These two delightful cottages are a fine conversion from a traditional brick barn into two cottages, which are two adjoining but separate units. The cottages are located on Nutley Farm within Winfrith Heath.

Facilities: Lounge (TV, DVD Dining Table). Open plan kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box), shared use of a washing machine and drier. Cherry Barn bathroom (corner bath, shower, WC and wash basin) Willow Barn bathroom (bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash basin). Cherry Barn – 1 bedroom with double bed, single bed and add. single bed. Willow Barn – 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed. One double and one twin.

The cottages do have a small open garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Ample Parking and under floor heating. Guests should be aware that a large pond is located on Nutley Farm.

Nutley Farm is located approximately 2 miles from Wool very close to Monkey World. The County town of Dorchester (Thomas Hardys Casterbridge) is a ten minute drive away and plays home to the Tutankhamun exhibition, museums, olde restaurants and shopping. The cottage is located in a central position within 4 miles of the Heritage coastline with a choice of the larger town of Weymouth and Bournemouth or Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck. The Saxon walled town of Wareham with relaxing Quay is only ten minutes away. Everything within easy reach!
