Brook End is a modern, luxurious, spacious, furnished, 2 bedroom, secluded house in the Avon Valley, within very easy reach of Christchurch town centre, Christchurch Quay, the Priory Church and all local amenities. The New Forest and Bournemouth's seven mile waterfront with all its attractions are very close by. Brook End is open all year with access to boating, cycling, fishing/wildlife or just "chilling out". Visit Britain 5 star rating and Gold award.
The accommodation is on two floors. Two double bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom and the master bedroom with its 5ft bed, has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. A Mamas and Papas cot/junior bed in the large master bedroom is available and there is ample space for a fold-up bed if required.
The second bedroom is fully-fitted with its own walk-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a large shower and w.c.
Downstairs, the main lounge/diner is 27ft by 19ft with a flat screen TV (with Freeview), DVD player, CD/radio and WiFi connection. The kitchen is fully-fitted with electric fan cooker and gas hob. Washing is via a Bendix washer/dryer. A Zanussi large fridge/freezer and a Diplomat dishwasher completes the kitchen together with a toaster, microwave and the usual essentials.
